Meaning it can move forward.

The Rolling Stone reporter didn't properly back up the woman's story, or confirm her story with her friends. The Editorial Board didn't demand sufficient fact checking before publication, all of which they admitted.

When has FOX News even FIRED someone for lying. Sean Hannity got sent on a 2 week vacation for the Seth Rich story, and FOX News commentators continue to promote that lie, despite the monies paid out to the family and the retraction.
