What should be the primary trait in the next president? In my opinion it's as it always has been, courage. Like or lump Trump, he has courage.

They have to be "in the club" to make it there in the first place.

1. Natural born citizen.
The Deuce. 35 years of age.
Craps. Lived here for 14 years.
IV. Bone spurrs.

What else is there?

Men can have a baby.

The vaccine stops transmission and contraction of The Yellow Menace Satan Bug.

Cause Jews should be scared to attend Havard and Yale.

Oh, I agree fully. I have no faith or trust in any of these people, either party.

But this grotesque orange child is something I never expected to see in the Oval Office.

Never, ever. No way. I assumed we were better than this.
Trump and his lickspittles, impotent in defending the blowhard himself, typically lash out at others instead.

Demonizing everyone else does not confer sainthood on the degenerate, but it is, apparently, the best they can do.

They constantly try to deflect to Biden when no two people could be more different.

I’m now beginning to wonder that this not about honesty or delusion. Most of them simply may not possess the intellectual capacity to know any better.

Maybe I’ve been giving them too much credit.

I say lowering federal income taxes is boss at spurring (intended) the American economy. Please to refer to Treasury.gov is you've a problem with that. Matter of fact the liberal so believes that Americans having cash to spend on the American economy is good for the American economy that we've had the Slowbama, the half-breed stuttering muslim and the SlowJoeBiden stimulus packages.

Was that impotent?

typically lash out at others instead.

I also do that. It's fun.

Demonizing everyone

Like I'm doing now in this thread?

else does not confer sainthood

This to me is the key personality trait a man (or woman) must have when facing down the challenges the West currently must address.

So when I hear named bandied about I must first ask "does this person have courage"?

Biden actually had a bit of courage in him, even if it was undiplomatic when he called Putin a thug and Xi a thug on separate incidents, I can respect him for expressing himself and indirectly supporting Western values as historically driven by America. I agreed with him keeping Trumps tariffs on China, his folies were allowing an open border and the signing of the I.R.A (along with re-entering the Paris Accord which hurts the middle class of the West).

Regardless, at least he showed a pulse from time to time. I can disagree with a man be it Tucker Carlson, Netanyahu, Zelensky or some far left radical, but if they show some courage in their conviction (and allow others to debate), I will give them the time of day. If they face the fire I can't fault them for having heart and commitment.

Trump at his peak though was the most courageous in our lifetime. He didn't exactly have the "tear down this wall moment", but he came close with his U.N speeches and calling out leaders right to their faces. Who can forget showing a video to African leaders at the Whitehouse? Surviving an assassination and telling his supporters to "fight" will be remembered long after his term ends.

Thus, whoever you choose in 3 years must have courage. We don't need diplomacy. We need straight talk and courage.

Now, you can run down a list in your own minds of who might fit that definition.
I think a president should be dignified, informed, wise, sociable, strong, a thinker and a strategist.

Im not asking much for someone who wants to be the leader of the free world.

I called that $h!t back in summer of 2011.

Never, ever.

You sure?

Okay, then.

I assumed we were better than this.

Nah, we're not. Turns out we don't want D.E.I hires on the Southern Border waving everyone on God's Green Earth into the nation.
