What problems in this country are not perpetuated by Democrats and or their policies?

Well, first, no you didn't ask me...But, your approach is since some of them are necessary, and good, that we shouldn't get rid of any?
Nope. Never said that. See, this is Republicans problem. They've been told "regulations are the problem". Regulations, are not all bad. I never ever said we shouldn't get rid of any of them.

But I notice you aren't giving me any examples of regulations we need to remove right now. Because then we will debate the importance of those regulations.

What I notice is Republicans are willing to remove regulations and take a chance that nothing goes wrong, because that's more profitable for the corporations who own them. The corporations want those regulations removed that's for sure. And they'll easily convince you. But when it blows up in our face like oil pipelines in the gulf, or throughout pristine wilderness, then what? You'll say OOPS and the Supreme Court will only slap the oil company on the wrist.

Ok, so tell me what regulations you think could eliminated?

I don't know I'm not a politician or Elon Musk who's looking at everything. Trust me, they will do away with a lot of Regulations. Some will be good, some I'll agree were unnecessary.

Here's one. A company doesn't have to be diverse to do business with the Federal Government. BOOM! There's one I'd be okay with eliminating.

They always slip in a loophole. 18 covers everything and anything they want to do.

My nephew and I were talking about how they said "cruel and unusual punishment". Not OR. Or would have made a huge difference. So it was okay to lynch black people because it wasn't unusual.
Father Gov loving statists always misinterpret 18.
Read it again and think about it from a freedom loving persons perspective.

No I get it. You're saying the constitution says government doesn't have a role in regulating business. If the constitution says that, it is flawed.

Do you think the constitution is the bible? Both were made up by men. Not God.

The greatest most powerful nation on the globe was built and pillared by that pesky Constitution you libs detest…the further we deviate from it the shittier this nation becomes…haven’t you noticed that?

Let's do it this way. Name the regulation(s) you want to do away with. And I'll explain to you why that regulation needs to be in place.
Okay...

Biden's EV mandate...
"Under the rule, 56 percent of the new vehicles on the market in 2032 could be battery electric, while an additional 13 percent could be plug-in hybrids. Under this scenario, just 29 percent of cars would be gas-powered, while an additional 3 percent would be other hybrids.

Only 16 percent of new vehicle sales were electric and hybrid cars last year. "

This is why Libertarians should never govern us. You can't govern if you don't believe in government.

It's not effective government if most Americans are against it, and all it does is raise prices, mandate inferior and impractical technology, send jobs to China in the name of Climate, for which it will have absolutely no effect.

No. Not really. Now is your chance to prove it.

Pretty ambitious goals. But we'd be better off moving away from gas. Sorry if that bothers you.

How about mandating you wear a seatbelt? Seat belts have saved an estimated 374,276 lives in the United States between 1975 and 2017

There’s 240 years of proof…but you prefer to believe Father Government makes America exceptional.
Hey, as long as elections moving forward are fair, I'm okay with whatever direction we go. Because we can always self correct later. Just like you believe we are doing now. Maybe you are right. We are both Americans so I hope the best for both of us.

You promised in Post 57 to explain why the EV mandate needs to be in place. You have not done so, and only provided unsupported opinion.

The American public would like a choice as to what type of vehicle they can buy. We've been mass producing IC automobiles for over 100 years, and EVs are more expensive, have limited range, troublesome in cold weather, ship jobs to China, and generally a pain.

The EV mandate is unnecessary and bad for America. Explain why it is needed.

The U.S. government mandates fuel efficiency through the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards, which are set by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The CAFE standards regulate how far a vehicle can travel on a gallon of fuel.

Remember cars were made of steel?

Cars transitioned from primarily steel to incorporating more plastic components primarily because plastic is significantly lighter, which improves fuel economy, is often cheaper to manufacture, and can be designed to absorb impact energy better than steel in a crash, making it a safer option in certain applications; while still maintaining structural integrity in many car parts, especially when using high-quality engineered plastics.

Elections haven’t been “fair” for decades….Democrats have recruited Mexico’s people by the millions knowing their anchor babies all vote for free shit and a reconquista.
Thanks to illegals Democrats have a lock on CA, NM, CO, NV, AZ and much of TX…Dems couldn’t be relevant in general elections if it weren’t for Mexico’s people.

That's a lie. Just like 150 year old people are getting social security. But I guess lies work for you guys so I don't blame you.

Hey, as long as the results are what we want right? Who cares if they lie. Right?

“Lie”…wtf?
You either haven’t been paying attention or your head is deep in your ass. Hispanics make-up 40% of the total population in Mexifornia…do you think that happened organically and or by the will of the people?
