I have my own set of rules, ethics, and reasonings I live by.

If they happen to coincide with someone elses, then so be it. But I don't live by someone elses, I live by mine.

Personally I think the question needs to be more focused. There are as many different philosophies as there are people on Earth. So if you asked what is your most import religious philosophy or most important political philosophy or most important conservation philosophy or any other of hundreds/thousands of philosophies, you probably would get better response.

My simplest philosophy re science and education are in my sig line for instance.

Nope. Just two artistic creations, one titled Philosophy, but actually a self-portrait of the artist, the other, Rodin's The Thinker, which could be a man thinking drunkenly, "Where did I lose my clothes. Perhaps I do have a drinking problem."
The OP title reflect the OP's confusion on the English definition of "philosophy" or lack of scope composing his question.
