What of the J6 protestors?

There has been much talk and speculation about what Trump would do once he returns to the Oval Office. I was thinking about the event, the people involved and the aftermath. Well, here's my perspective on it:

1. As far as I am concerned, the entire riot, and it was just that a riot, not some "insurrection" as loonie Leftists would portray it.
2. People participating in it were idiots.
3. Sedition is way overcharging
4. Full pardons would also be inappropriate.

So, where does that leave us? I think that these people should be held accountable, but not have their lives completely ruined.
Therefore: Non-criminal trespass and time served! How's that?

First there has to be the transfer of power from the Marxists to the MAGA. Once that is done, the whole Jan 6th event can then be really scrutinized first by finding out why Nancy Piglosi denied National Guard troops to help that day. Then they can go over the whole footage, and find out why Ray Epps was never brought in for questioning, maybe give him a plea deal if he spills the beans on all the Marxists and FBI that instigated that riot. I am sure we just have to wait, which is why the Marxist are in a panic and shoring up their states to go to war with the President. Not my words, but the Marxist's governors of the blue states.

But then, tons of people did far worse in the Floyd riots and got let out of jail free (some by Kammy Harris).
The other 900-1100 just got caught up in the melee or didn't know what going on because they were in the back of the crowd and should be freed immediately with a 1-5 million dollar apology from Uncle Sam.
