Here’s my take… It sounds like you’ve got quite a bit of management experience but not a whole lot of practical job experience. In that case I might suggest looking into a low/mid management job at a franchise SIMILAR to one of the two you’ve already run. Something where you understand the industry and can provide some insight into how the competition does things.
