What is your Favorite Chocolate and Wine Combination?

A blush with minty dark chocolate syrup served up on my wife's

Columbia Crest Shiraz and Lindt dark chocolate with sea salt.

I don't care for chocolate much......and I prefer a white wine over dark

There's this little chocolatier in this little village in France.... he makes these little choc orange thins that are to die for... those, and a nice Chardonnay works for me.

Kinda more of a pizza and beer gal but If I had to choose a wine and chocolate I'd go for Lindt white chocolate and barefoot white or pink Moscato. I know it's a lot of sweet but I'm not a big fan of Chardonnay with dessert, which always seems very dry to me. I'd rather have the chardonnay with something strong tasting or heavy like liver or beef (if I still ate beef) or things in a sauce. Personal preference I guess. A pink zinfindel might be OK with dark chocolate.

I love chocolate and I love wine, but the two together? Uugh.

Maybe something like a Beaumes de Venise, but in general, nope.

I love to take wine with a combination of chocolate because it is my taste. Chocolate box wine is one of the best wine and I love to have this wine always whenever I celebrate the party.
