What is the Meaning of Friendship on USMB?

We have some pretty strict time limits but sometimes if I've helped someone quickly and they want to talk for a minute I will, but there are also the dreaded lonely grandmothers... I feel for them but I can't chat for 2 hours about what their cat is doing "right now".
