CDZ What is the equivalent of someone substituting water for the sanitizer at work?

Typically I can just look back to the past and say "yelling this on Facebook is like yelling it in a bar" or something. It was a spray bottle with some lysol concentrate mix. The issue was the sanitizer smelling like lysol apparently. The subber was pretty bad and just used cold water.

On one hand doctors use placebo's to in medical tests...

On the other if I sub my buddy's heart medication out with vitamins its probably a murder charge waiting to happen. What is it if he catches on though? What is this?

Kind of on the line of poking holes in random condoms...most likely nothing happens..but there is that possibility.....
