Rod and I have both noticed the DNC has been rebranding itself in the recent years. Instead of being the Democrats they now use Democratic as their new brand. Rod asked me about it last night as he couldn't quite get his head wrapped around why they are doing that. Here is the obvious difference for those who can grasp it.
North Korea is a Democratic appendage of China (Democratic People's Republic of Korea or DPRK): "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a genuine workers' state in which all the people are completely liberated from exploitation and oppression."
www.korea-dpr.com North Korea branded itself as a socialist country but it is actually a communist dictatorship. Politics of North Korea - Wikipedia
South Korea is allied with the United States a constitutional republic (Republic of Korea or ROK). South Korea took the brand of being a republic based on capitalistic system with three branches of government. Politics of South Korea - Wikipedia
For those who do not desire to read and prefer to look at pictures I snipped a few to make it easier to just get to the basics of the difference between the two systems.
China's Allies ... United States Allies
