its simple,, change their names,,,

who can now complain about children being held in captivity when its nothing more than a reception center,,

if only trump would have thought of this,,

The Biden administration is weighing a new name for the facilities it is setting up to manage the influx of migrant children and families at the southern border, hoping to limit the criticism and emphasize that the buildings will hold people only temporarily.

Biden officials are considering naming the facilities “reception centers,” according to three people familiar with the discussions, on the logic that the name sounds less harsh.

Realistically - what should you do? These are unaccompanied minors, not children who came with families. You can't put them with adults. You can just drop them off at the streets on either side of the borders. And you can't hold them indefinitely per the law.

I thought they were children being separated from their families???

if they are unaccompanied they should be returned to the mexican government to be reunited with their families,,,

Well, some people were asking that question a few years ago....when the fearmongering leftwing propagandist and the Dem leadership were clutching their pearls and ignoring the fact these places were built under Dear Leader Obama.

In that case they should be sent back and reunited with their families in Nicaragua and Guatemala rather than allow the Sinola drug dealers to traffick them into the U.S.
Trump was correct to keep them on the other side of the border.

No. The 100% child separation policy was under your prior Dear Leader Trump. These are unaccompanied minors. They aren't Mexican. Why should the Mexican government take them?

No, it was not. Those cages were built, paid for, and used by Obama in 2015...

Yes, it was. Obama's administration saw a huge surge in UNACOMMPANIED MINORS. That wasn't the case with Trump. Trump instituted a new policy, designed specifically to deter immigration and that was 100% family seperation. That's where Trump's thousands of children came from. His policy. Do some research on immigration waves during both administrations.

The state run media even used pictures of Obama's kids in cages and pretended it was Trump that put them there...
You are completely dodging the issue, but I'm not surprised. That's what Trump supporters do. Trump concocts the most abusive policies forceable taking children from immigrant families and even losing them, you all support it, and than rather than own it turn around and blame someone else.

Done with that.

Acouple years ago the left was crying and telling us how inhumane how we treated children at the border and now it is okay? What changed?
