Hard to get a straight answer, eh Gracie? Here's my guess. This "Conspiracy Theories" section is subtitled "the eots Zone" because it's named after this poster, eots. Notice, he has been here a long, long time, since January 2007. He probably posted a lot of conspiracy theory stuff and they decided to create a special section for it, and they gave him credit by referring to it as "the eots Zone."

That's just a guess. How close am I? Anyone?
