What if the universe is infinite in every direction, macro and micro?

Incomplete has sometimes meant exactly that.
But it won't, this time, I think.

Just as a more complete record of evolution is not ever going to upend the theory of evolution, which is an established fact.

Because the problem here is a limit on information we can collect. A star that is too far away for its light ever to reach us, for example, will never affect us in any way. Does it exist? Doesn't matter... "yes" and "no" are the same answer.
