What I expect from Trump is to do what all rich supremacist capitalist morons do. Which is to stick it to the little guy. In one of his speeches, he too talked about giving tax breaks to the wealthy. As if that is going to create jobs. But what it will really do is basically give the wealthy the ability to go to a casino and use $1000.00 dollar chips instead of $100.00 dollar chips.
