That gave me an idea to watch on YouTube and in settings watch with speed set at .25

Returning here and reading the comments, I'd agree with Natural Citizen and others above about blocking the plate.
I'd call him out.

I would never be an umpire. Or maybe better phrased--could never be an umpire. I would have to sit there looking at instant replay for 10 and even then would not know.

Safe. Have to leave a path to slide to the bag. He blocked it before he had the ball. I also think the runners hand may have touched the plate before the tag was applied.
