Once evidence of collusion is found....we move to Treason charges
No, we are not there yet
Doesn't mean we should stop discussing the evidence we have (and yes there is evidence) or stop investigating Team Trump
Again, there is no evidence to even suggest there should be an investigation of possible collusion between the Trump campaign or government and the Russia government. What has been presented so far is clear evidence the Obama administration misused our intelligence services and Justice Department to spread unfounded rumors to try to cover up Clinton's crimes concerning her secret private server and to try to influence the election in favor of Clinton. No evidence has come out of any of these investigations against Trump but mounting evidence is being presented that the entire Russian thing was a hoax the Obama administration invented and supported by using the intelligence services and Justice Department unethically and probably illegally to support this hoax.
Why there should be an investigation
1. Russia helped Trump
2. Trump helped Russia
3. Trump aids met with Russian agents at the time this was happening
There is evidence of all three
All of the evidence we have so far points to the Obama administration invented this Russian hoax to distract attention from Clinton's crimes involving her secret private server. Obama, himself, suggested this when he berated the media for publishing the content of the Wikileaks emails, saying they should have been ignored because of alleged Russian involvement.
Show some evidence
The evidence that Obama's allegations about the Russian government was just a hoax is that there is still no hard evidence that the Russian government even hacked the DNC let alone colluded with the Trump campaign. The evidence that Obama saw his Russian hoax as an attempt to distract attention from Clinton's crimes comes from his parting shot at the media:
'“This was an obsession that dominated the news coverage,” the president lectured a room overflowing with reporters. “I do think it’s worth us reflecting how it is that a presidential election of such importance, of such moment, with so many big issues at stake and such a contrast between the candidates, came to be dominated by a bunch of these leaks? What is it about our political system that made us vulnerable to these kinds of potential manipulations?”
The president was careful not to flat-out blame Russian President Vladimir Putin for tilting the election’s outcome, as some in his party have started doing. But he questioned the media’s role in highlighting the leaked documents that the FBI and CIA argue came from Russia, which played a part in keeping Clinton’s negative rating at record highs.'
