Sad. An older lady tenant who walked every day suffered the same fate. She slipped on the ice and severely fractured her ankle, which affected her whole frame and eventually put her in a wheelchair.I am 68 and can't walk more than a couple steps use a wheelchair, I shattered my ankle dec 2020 and it has been downhill ever since.
You have quite the track record for being wrong, and it continues.Thats called ketosis and its not healthy. There is no benefit to fasting that has ever been researched. You body was consuming itself
Ketosis is a metabolic state where the body, lacking sufficient carbohydrates for energy, burns stored fat instead, producing compounds called ketones to use as primary fuel. Achieved via low-carb diets or fasting, it offers benefits like weight loss and reduced hunger but can cause side effects like "keto breath".You have quite the track record for being wrong, and it continues.
Intermittant fasting is the best way to do it. If thats true about growth homone your increasing your cancer riskHonestly, you must not have ever read anything about the amazing benefits of ketosis, they are too numerous for me to go in to detail, and you don't seem to be someone who would understand if I did.
Ketosis only happens when there is no insulin being produced by your pancreas, so any sugar whatsoever will end it, but if you don't know about autophagy, you'll learn that is when your body removes damaged cellular material that can become cancerous, it is when your body heals itself.
Here is a cool little fact (there are hundreds more) that I like about fasting: Your HGH (human growth hormone) increases by up to 1000% when in ketosis. Imagine if all the guys in the gym knew that!![]()
Not everyone needs to fast, but it is very beneficial for those that do. I believe that a three-day complete fast (consuming only water) is optimal for cleansing without any severe consequences. Some are so riddled with toxins that they should only fast under the supervision of an expert. The body stores toxins in your tissues. Fasting is often the only way to rid the body of these stored up toxins. It's often painful, but keep in mind that "this too will pass". The three-day fast can be repeated if needed at a later time. No need to do it all at once. The research that I read advocates intermittent fasting but does caution about causing gall stones.
Interesting. I was in the best shape of my life at about 37. I had quit all my bad habits and was lifting weights every day. I'm what's called an "easy gainer" in that I put on muscle easily and quickly. After 12 weeks of training, I was a new man. My young son called me "the muscle man". However, I didn't keep it up and soon lost all that I had gained. It was fun while it lasted but it's a commitment that I wouldn't do again. My body has always been crap. Between the ages of about 32 and 37 I made a point of getting into shape and was in the best shape of my life. There was a fall off between 37 and 40 and after 40 thing fell totally off the table, plateauing at the bottom promenade 46 and staying there for the last 5 years and counting.
