There is no systemic racism against blacks. The leftists and black activists arguing there is don‘t even understand the meaning of the word. It means policies within a system that discriminate and treat differently people of different races - and for racial reasons. The best example is affirmative action at universities, and that works AGAINST whites and Asians and IN FAVOR Of blacks.
