Western Sahara - Africa's Last Colony

Their neocolonialism never ends, menwhile Saif Gaddafi wants his Country's stolen gold back.

Isn't this dude wanted for war crimes and dealings with Islamists and Algerian juntists?

What about Ceuta, Melilla, Somaliland, and Djibouti?
Isn't Djibouti basically just a French military base that controls an entire territory? Lmao

Was until they had their Colonial Arse thrown out, although they seem reluctant to leave.
That could be sticky because Djibouti is home and a training camp to the légion étrangère so I don't think they will be leaving anytime soon.

Yes it was a base for the FFL for years, but the direction of travel in Africa is to give the Colonialists mainly the French their eviction orders, but they don't go esy they stamp their feet like a spoilt child and ferment terrorism in the Country.

I understand what you are saying but there are certain stipulations that make this case unique, so to speak. Are you familiar with how the French Foreign Legion operates and what its purpose is? We're not talking about France in its normal clothing. That it is called FOREIGN Legion doesn't mean foreign soldiers per se. It is much more complicated than you seen to understand but this isn’t the place for me explain all of it so if you are interested you’ll have to read up on it.

The roll of the Legion is to act as a armed force for the French State in other Countries, usually small third World Countries, there was a guy from my Town who had stolen from a shop he failed to show up in Court to answer the charges, no one knew where he had gone for several years, then he turned up and presented himself to the Police Station in the Town, he had been in the Legion for seven years and made the rank of Sergeant, he went to Court and the Judge threw the case out and said the guy had made something of his life :abgg2q.jpg:

More or less. It is not suppose to operate in France. They are highly trained and disciplined. Only about 25% of the volunteers are accepted. Sometimes as low as 1%.
... for the French State in other Countries,
... for French civilians abroad.

So what were they doing in Iraq? They also took a beating at Dien Bien Phu by the Viet Minh, they were a tool of French Colonialism. after WW2 when the japs were thrown out of French Colonies the French thought they would just carry on where they left off, they did the same in Algeria.

You are making no sense. You need to slow down and think about what you are saying and if what you are saying follows this dialogue.

... what is not sense?....
I don’t know, it looks as though you interpret my knowledge (or lack of) as defense or admiration for “les képis blancs” while you have some other opinion of them. Is that really so important? I know what I know. That’s all there is to it.

I have always admired their military discipline, but not what they are used for by politicians which for the most part has been to prop up Colonialism.
I have the same opinion of the Gurkhas, i have met some over the years and they are some of the most polite and humble people i have ever known, and they have not always been treated very well by the British Government.
