All else being equal, the warmer they are at the end of summer., the more lake effect snow they produce.

Correct, not water vapor, but the warmer water will affect incoming weather systems. Local effect only.

At simplest , reduce ones out in the country . Increase the number in towns .

Do you know how to read a scientific instrument? ...

Temperature data over the past 150 years has been collected to the nearest degree ... so that's all the accuracy in the temperature data we can claim ... scientifically ...

Mathematically ... this is the "plus or minus" factor ... 14º (± 0.5º) C ... this mean as far as we can tell, average temperature is somewhere between 13.5ºC and 14.5ºC ... you know, this is taught in high school ...

I ASKED her------>Do you believe Al Gore? Do you believe AOC? Do you believe all this stuff they told, and if you do, why has NONE of their projections come true......to humanity starving, all of us being under water, etc, etc.

After those questions, she proclaimed she voted for Trump! Do I believe her? Nah!
