Honestly I just used a coupon, I had no idea it was a black place, it's not in the hood. But one step inside and it was clear it was a black owned place mostly catering to black women. I just needed a basic clipper cut so no big deal.

But it was disorganized, they didn't really communicate with me. I had to tell the guy twice to cut my hair shorter, and then he acts all bothered and hurries up.

See, this is what you liberal apologists don't understand. I'm the one going in there giving them my business, and they don't even talk clearly to me about what I want.

Why should I go back? They can have their regular clientele for all I care.

Beware of coupons. When you find a hair cutter that you like, stick with him or her. This is true even if your hair is not black.

My hairdresser is black, and fantastic. Not because of her color, but her expertise. She knows my hair better than I do. Pick then stick. I'd never go to anyone else. Your guy prolly isn't one you should stick with... :disbelief:
