He has denied RFK Jr Secret Service protection as a 2024 Presidential candidate, despite threats issued against Kennedy. It seems Biden is hoping for a political assassination.

"Under the direction of the Secretary of Homeland Security, the United States Secret Service is authorized to protect the following persons:... Major Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates and, within 120 days of the general Presidential election, the spouses of such candidates."

The comma makes all the difference in the world.
