I understand how you feel. OTOH, I can't get anybody to do anything. Nobody wants to work.
I want to build a house on my little Farm in SW Michigan and nobody wants to do anything. You gotta kiss their asses to get them to accept a quarter of a million dollars cash and even then, they won't do it. They make excuses, don't show up, don't return phone calls. And it shows. Michigan is a basket case.
Down here in Florida, it's better but not a whole lot. Especially with the White Boys. They absolutely won't get their hands dirty.... Not all, but most of them. Again, you gotta kiss heir asses to get them to take your money.
The Hispanics are the only people willing to work. The White Boys are either Sports-Dorks, too busy dressing up in their Under Armor bullshit and working on their Gym muscles. The Black Guys are another story entirely.

Point is, we need people willing to work. Willing to get their hands dirty, to get some callouses on their hands.

And it's not just here, in South Florida. Like I said, I have a little Farm (hobby farm, tiny) in SW Michigan and nobody wants to work up there either. It's probably worse there than it is here. And they don't have any money!!! At least down here, they do. Most of them have parents with some bread... Up there, they're just high all the time, getting arrested for something..... Dead Broke and unwilling to work. But they can 'work the system' like you wouldn't believe. Welfare, WIC, Food Stamps is a way of life for them. Bigly
