Seems the only thing that truly makes him a socialist is that he's the only candidate on either side proposing to pay for all the shit everyone already wants.

He sounds no different than a hybrid of the Roosevelt presidents. When they proposed building thriving middle classes, it was not perceived as "radical".

The average ignorant right-wing blowhard on this site, if they're working full-time, are paying an average federal income tax rate that is over 20% but probably under 30%.

Google readily admits their 39.6% rate turns into just 4% because of how tax laws favorite the wealthy.

That they should have to kick in at least what the average American kicks in is hardly radical. To anyone with a brain that is fair and that's where Bernie Sanders is on the matter.
