After a long day of moving boxes and driving the 160 miles to Minneapolis, Casey and Alger locked the U-Haul and brought the keys inside for the night. That night, the entire U-Haul vanished between the hours of 4:47 and 5:47 a.m., according to the footage outside their new residence. This theft left the couple with nothing but the clothes they wore during the moving process. Couple who moved to Minneapolis 'hoping for a fresh start' has U-Haul stolen with 'everything they own' | AlphaNews.org
Doesn't look like they did much research on their new destination, if they did they would have known its a wasteland of crime

no alarms, break window......hot wire I assume or use some modern tools

many new vehicles have a chip in the key, apparently U-haul does not

Or you need the FOB tied to that vehicle/computer

Born and raised in Minneapolis. Joined the military, went back to Minneapolis for a few years then got the hell out. It never felt like home after I got out of the military and glad I left.

Thank you for leaving no doubt you're brain dead. Every state is a wasteland of crime.
