I would argue we need to stop cutting taxes and require a tax increase for any spending. We keep cutting taxes so nobody cares about debt. They will care when taxes increase.

I would argue that we leave taxes alone and cut our spending to one-half of our Tax reciepts.

I only think that is true, if folks...and don't get me wrong, folks do...in particular politicans of a certain party, push class warfare, and victimhood. This spreads jealously, envy. division and hate.

I would say it does have to do with government though. Power corrupts, and the power of government is more corrupting than most other forms.
