Please post a of any state(s) where a person can buy a gun at a store or gun show, without first having a background check ran through the Federal database to see if they are legally allowed to purchase and own a firearm.

Guns are one of the most highly regulated products in the country.....


You can't go to a store and buy a gun without a Federally mandated background check.

Private sales are individuals selling a private gun, and they can only sell them without a background check if they are not a gun dealer....and these are not where criminals or mass shooters are getting their guns......

Criminals get their guns by stealing them, or using straw buyers.....people who can pass any background check or any other legal requirement to buy a gun....making those background checks and legal restrictions pointless...

There is no gun show loophole....that you sited that myth shows you need to do actual research before you post.

Actually, the vast majority of gun murder victims are not "innocent," people...they are criminals murdered by other criminals...then, the friends and family of criminals caught in the crossfire of criminals....

This would solve most gun crime. Make it a requirement to show your voter registration upon purchase. Democrats need not apply, but if they pay a special federal fee, they can rent one small caliber arm and one box of bullets if paying 4X the usual price then have to renew ownership annually while all guns bought are fitted to biometric readers so that only YOU can use the gun but it can only be within 100 feet of your house or the trigger locks.

As long as doctors are protected when they fail to report the violent people they are treating because of "patient confidentiality" or HIPPA, you can't screen the crazy people to keep them from buying guns.
