No. I sound like someone who grew up learning how to take care of myself, part of which was knowing my value as someone who wanted to work for a living.

I just rented to 2 of the hardest working kids I have ever met. Having high moral standards, they rented the house to fix it up just the way they wanted it, before they married and lived together there. She is one of 10 children. Their dad has a construction company and employs all 10 of them. And they work like there is no tomorrow. Their parents should get the Parent of the Year Award. And her fiancé is as hard working as she is.
And I did something horrible to them.
