Look at this "crazy" prepper/survivalist. While the rest of the people relied on government to "protect" them (because, you know, the government's Army Corp. of Engineers did such a bang up job with the damns in New Orleans), this "certified nut-job" took personal responsibility for himself, his family, and his property. And while everyone else is evacuated and lost everything, this "nutter" is completely comfortable in his perfectly preserved home. What a buffoon! We need a lot more pointing and laughing at people who use common sense and take personal responsibility for their own lives.

Good point. He not only embarrassed them by doing something they couldn't - but he also illustrated to the people that they really aren't helpless and really don't need the federal government beyond their 18 enumerated powers of the Constitution. Gasp! They can't have that! It proves the false liberal narrative is indeed false.
