Ah, its all being hyped up by the media. If the media would move on to some newsworthy items it would go away quickly instead of slowly. In a month, if the TSA keeps doing it, you won't hear about it anymore.

With all the security why don't they ban black belts from flying, they are certainly lethal. No not the belts you wear, the karate people or hand to hand combat experts. They are more of threat than most of these things and certainly more than capable of doing something to passengers. It just gets to the point where enough is enough. Just how far should you go?

Maybe they ought to just have eveybody remove all their clothes and put on coveralls and slippers for flight. Of course wigs would have to go too and false fingernails, and your makeup because that potentially could be removed and combined with your nail poilsh for an explosive. And what about a woman's tampon?

But frequent flyers are not the ones dragging toddlers into airports and then bitching when the wee ones are searched, editec, and I assume if you dun wanna be scanned, you can agree to be searched by hand, no?

Air travel ain't what it used to be. It never will be again. Americans ***** like mad over the inconvenience of safety precautions and THEN ***** because those same safety precautions are sometimes inadequate. Hell, we even ***** when they WORK.

Do military personnel traveling on Military transports undergo full body scans the way travelers do on commercial aircraft? You know, on occasion soldiers do engage in terrorist acts against their fellow soldiers. There was the recent case of Major Malik Nadal Hasan, a Muslim domestic terrorist who wreaked havoc at Fort Hood. If they don't undergo the scans, and as is being discussed many persons find it obnoxious that government officials can fly on commercial aircraft without undergoing the same humiliating body scans that ordinary passengers do, then let the civilian government officials stick to flying on military transports when they travel around this country or fly overseas, thereby eliminating the two-tier security screening procedure currently utilized on commercial aircraft.

Wow, think of how many lives we could save if your car automatically reported speeding and reckless driving to the police. Put a camera and gps tracker on the front of everyone's vehicle, so they could download the video from all the traffic around you to use against you. Screw privacy...we're saving lives here.
