I lived in NC for awhile. It snowed about this much one day and everyone was slipping and sliding, running off the roads, it was hysterical.

Yep. We get a quarter inch and they close down the whole state.

2 degrees is pretty cold for this time of year. I can handle cold weather though.

I know. I might consider living in the Northwest but not Southern Cal. People who live there seem to know they belong in that state though. I hear it's beautiful.
