I have not seen the GOP fight this

Take McCain, for example. He ran on overturning Obamacare and replacing it when Obama was in office, and even votes to do so knowing Obama would veto it.

Then enters Trump and all of a sudden he votes against doing it, knowing he would sign it.

I'm not sure they even need to rig elections, other than keeping Trump out.
