An old cliché: Cons are mean and Libs are stupid.
We may differ on how best to improve the human condition but most if not all of us want that improvement regardless of our sociopolitical POV or we would not be posting.
Demonizing the other does nothing to accomplish that end.

The major difference between at least me, a conservative, and it appears most liberals on this board, is I've apologized for errors I've made in postings... I've yet to see a Liberal apologize.
To me it means at least this conservative has principles and most liberals don't because liberals are human as I and prone to errors...but their arrogance won't allow them to admit to any errancy.

I think the cliché is cons are mean and stupid. Liberals are deviant.

There are lefties who grew up in the 1960's and never progressed beyond that point and there are young left wing people -- many of whom are being indoctrinated by those leftovers who never grew up beyond the 1960's -- and have the excuse of still being young and naive and then there are forward thinking pragmatists who are anything BUT lefties.
Pretty much about it.
