Confirmed by a bipartisan congress--take it up with your reps. You didn't have any problem with the diversity hires that a democrat majority forced on us. At least six of the justices know what a woman is.

Only Roberts got more than 60 votes. The remainder were confirmed on mostly party line. Hell, the only Dem that voted for Kavanaugh was Joe Manchin.

Our justices didn’t invent parts of the constitution to support authoritarian presidents.
