Slaves were purposely bred to be big , strong, and not very smart. When you begin with big, strong, not very smart descendants you are likely to be big, strong, and not very smart yourself.

Are you claiming that the ample evidence that shows that american blacks lag behind their white counterparts in EVERY aspect are wrong or somehow biased? EVERY study and EVERY factoid proves they are and yet for EVERY fact we have an excuse.
