It doesn't have any instruments hanging from it.

Looks more akin to an" Indian" Vimana craft of the Space Gods .

But a video can only be indicative and not final proof .
And naturally any craft is not Alien produced until definitively proved .

However, it might very well have been made by my neighbour Dennis and his pals who are committed Free Energy experts and are very much involved in the Drugs Trade ..
