Both Democrats and Republicans as a majority voted to pass it but nearly 40% of Democrats and 20% of Republicans, all serving in the former Confederate South, voted against them. Now I don't care what you ******* call these mutants. I don't care if you point out that Robert E Lee and Jefferson Davis were Democrats.
