No white-led non-profit organizations were selected to receive federal funds [from the CARES Act - JimH] through the Washington Equity Relief Fund....
The Washington State Department of Commerce (WADOC) hand-selected non-profits to aid in COVID-19 relief through federal funding, selecting only those with radical political agendas. Washington State’s Equity Relief Fund awarded nearly $12 million to 358 non-profits statewide... The organizations they selected are all led by Black Indigenous People of Color and only serve BIPOC communities."

It would seem to me that this unequal and discriminatory use of federal funds would be illegal based upon the 14th Amendment, Section 1 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI....
14A, Section 1:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. "
