Washington D.C. gives out 8 legal concealed carry permits....criminals still carry when they want...

Yes....after the courts said D.C. had to issue permits....they have passed laws that make it almost impossible for law abiding citizens who may be victims of violent criminal attack to get permits to carry guns for protection.....and they did it as their motorcades passed by these citizens.........

The district is currently “may issue” and you have to show a “need” for a permit before one will be issued. Just wanting to carry a gun for self defense or living in a high crime area are not good enough reasons.

So far, the district has received 69 applications. Of those, only 8 have been approved.

And again....criminals of course are exempt from the need to get permission to carry guns to commit murder....because they are criminals and ignore stupid laws like this.....

Yet having the permit allows one a no go to jail of face prosecution permit...
