Does anyone around here have any experience with Warrior/Spartan Races or Ruckus Races? I'm seriously considering doing the Ruckus Boston event in June and I'm looking for some advice on training, equipment, etc....
For those unfamiliar with these events, it's a 3-4 mile run with 20-25 obstacles along the course. Monkey Bars, Cargo Nets, Mud Pits, Ranger Bars, Barbed Wire Crawls, etc... that need to be completed along the way.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
