he doesn't have to report it because under IRS laws and regulations, a parsonage allowance is NOT INCOME. Dates back to the 1950s

The gop could always raise taxes on religious leaders. And imo they should but they won't.

but what do the rules of congress say, and like it or not, it IS income. When he moved into that million dollar house, he sold his other house, which means he is not having to pay a house payment. The gifting of a free home could be construed as income.
