First is why. Democrats pour the gasoline on, using regulations; Taxes comes next. You drive off business with regulations and taxes. Oregon for instance where I live currently, has driven off business using regulations plus taxes. Dutch brothers' coffee for instance moved HQ from Oregon to Arizona. Oregon does not have the population base to do good for business. They needed good employees and good childcare. Oregon simply lacked this and more. Where I live in this city, I have never seen any children on sidewalks or hardly in playgrounds. My daughter took her daughter to a playground here and the place was vacant.
