Why is this happening? Partly it's because the right need the perception of crime to be high. It's also to due to the increase of media in our lives, on the internet, and more TV etc. But this is still being utilised by the right, just as on this forum it is too. Oh, there's a race war going on, and blame it on those who aren't responsible for it too.
