I know Walmart will keep unprofitable stores open in the bad areas sometimes just so those hood customers don't travel to the better stores & ruin them too.

I've finally come to conclusion that the police are worthless. If you can access your local jail roster, you'll see criminals that have been going through the revolving door over and over and over. I'm not blaming the police, but clearly they are useless. I had a recent experience with police at my house that made that clear. I wasn't the target of the police, but I saw that they are useless.
