On the first Friday of Ramadan, while practicing Muslims will be performing the Tarawih prayer in the center of Times Square, New York dog owners and lovers plan to also take over Times Square for a Pawty of epic proportions. The "Times Square Dog Lovers Gathering" will be hosted from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, promoted as a sea of Paws and Positivity.

This is absolutely glorious. Between the call to prayer that is being blasted around New Yorkistan and Muslims once again choosing Times Square — the internationally-recognized symbol of New York — instead of their mosques for their prayer display, the Islamic radicals have publicly planted a flag and claimed territory. So, New Yorkers of all stripes are using this event to declare they are taking it back. War rarely ever starts with bullets and bombs; it starts with these smaller acts of gaining and ceding ground. Who would have thought it would be the dogs who would be the ones to give New Yorkers a wake-up call?

As my colleague Rusty Weiss so hilariously detailed, Fine has introduced the "Protecting Puppies from Sharia Act," a bill designed to withhold federal funding from any state or local government that wants to ban dogs as pets.

"In America, we will not allow anyone to tell us that we cannot have dogs," Fine said. "My bill protects Americans' right to own a dog and would not allow federal funding to be given to any state or local government that bans them as Haram."​

Commentary:
Murders of dogs in the west in 3...2...1...count on it. And the left won’t say a word. They’ll offer up pooches for sacrifices or just say it was racist to own a dog anyways.
In Islam dogs are unclean..
Without the dogs, the blind would have no ability to make their way by themselves. The police would have no ability to track the scent of a dangerous individual or tack the scent of numerous things. These ignorant Muslims with their religious bias are missing out on a useful animal. They are also missing out on the love of an intelligent animal.
Without dogs our military could not find EID 's too easily.

I don't know what to say, democrats showing a modicum of spine. And over what? Putting those damn dirty dogs of theirs ahead of their muslim brethern's sensibilities? Aren't they afraid of offending Islam? They just voted for this shit!

They better get down right now, face east towards Mecca on their prayer towel, stick their ass high in the air, and beg forgiveness from 72 virgins.

Frankly, if I were a dog owner there, I would bring my dog while eating a bratwurst and sauerkraut sandwich while playing Led Zeppelin loudly on my shoulder radio. Maybe all of the gays and cross-dressers can attend as well as invite all of the hot dog and pork sandwich vendors in the city in case anyone develops an appetite.
