President Biden, what was supposed to be a description of new Covid regulations, instead began his speech by naming various food items and toiletries.
Vice President Harris, so eager to stop the President, nearly knocking him over and began giggling about what, we don't know.
Inside sources say a junior staff member accidently handed the President her grocery list and Biden apparently had no idea it wasn't about Covid 19.
