Virginia Trooper helicopter crashed while observing protesters, was it shot down?

First a car speeds into protesters while being filmed. Who knew the car was going to do this and was filming before the crash? How is that even possible unless planned. This act put a Trooper helicopter into the air that shortly after crashed. All coincidence? or is there more to it?

Time will tell, but expect a trillion dollar investigation to prove that O rings in the helicopter were at fault
