VA now has all 1600 names, if any of them vote and cannot prove they are a citizen, they are then charged with voter fraud.

Georgia tried to do this same thing and more than 2600 out of 3200 were actually citizens.

They caught most of them by their refusal for jury duty due to not being a US Citizen.

That means they were registered in their jurisdiction as US Citizens to start with.
