A federal judge ruled Friday to block an Executive Order by Gov. Youngkin that sought to remove non-citizen voters from voter rolls.

Well, a fed judge (dem) has ruled against Virgina and demands that the 1600 self-described non-citizens be put back on the voter rolls.

Let that sink in! The feds demand that non-citizens be but back on the voter rolls. Oh no, not political at all.

Youngkin has appealed to the 4th circuit for an emergency stay on the decision.....Chances are slim that a stay will be issued before the election.

The judge was appointed by Biden.

Probably the court will have the plaintiff notify election officials of the ruling and that failure to comply means they are subject to arrest and prosecution under "52 U.S. Code Chapter 103 - ENFORCEMENT OF VOTING RIGHTS".

Failure to comply could result with a $5,000 fine and up to 5 years in prisons for each offense.

Are you thinking this would all be done on election day? Nope. First the complaints have to be gathered, then the DOJ would have to open an investigation, present evidence to a Grand Jury, obtain an indictment, go to a Judge and get an arrest warrant - then Federal Marshall's can begin the arrest process.

Probably months later at people place of work and at their homes. State Police wouldn't be around.
