what does the video show? what is on the ground after 1:12, other than a man? I mean post up a still and circle the object. Know how to do that? probably not.

I agree, but I don't know when what happened happened. The one on top the dude is closer to the curb, the dude in the red shirt is bending over. The one on the bottom the dude is further away from the curb and the dude in the red shirt is standing up watching. So what is the timeline here? tough to know anything without time of day posted on the photo and video.

The still from the video with no gun was before the photo the police confirmed was the gun. You can tell by the yellow police tape in place in the gun photo that it was later than the still.

Who here has the guts to be a police officer? Who here is willing to place their life on the line to serve and protect? I don't! I can only pray and hope that they preform their duty and maintain peace.
Will there be bad cops, will there be those that make mistakes in the line of duty, yes, human nature dictates that their will be the bad with the good. Who among you stands so righteous as to be both judge and jury?

That means nothing. Stills of him exiting the vehicle show Scott wearing his ankle holster. He also had his gun in his hand. It is irrelevant when his gun was kicked to the curb as police were working on him on the ground.
